Our technicians monitor the system for at least 7 consecutive days, carrying out thorough checks and making the necessary adjustments to optimize the algorithm’s performance. Each day, a detailed report is sent to the installer, documenting the interventions carried out and the improvements made. This report provides tangible evidence for the end customer that the system has been carefully calibrated and tested.

The daily fee includes remote calibration service for each camera selected by the installer. The minimum service period is 7 days, ensuring reliable and precise algorithm calibration.

The Pack4 package includes the same service terms described for the basic license and adds one free day of monitoring, scheduled at the installer’s discretion, after the standard 7-day period (within 3 months of purchase).
