Challenge to Address and Customer Requirements:
The customer contacted us to install an intrusion detection system to replace the existing one. They were experiencing continuous false alarms from the sensors installed to protect the outdoor areas.
They already had a video surveillance system with basic video analytics managed by Dahua. However, they were not convinced about continuing to use video analytics to protect the perimeter.
After testing an Aylook demo for several weeks, they immediately ordered a 24-channel Business system. They have already expressed interest in adding further cameras and expanding the existing system.

We used the Anti-Tampering licenses to create camera disqualification rules for the IDL cameras in the event of fog, with the subsequent activation of the thermal cameras for a predefined period.
Manual controls were integrated to manage the fog generators installed inside the property, as well as controls for managing access automations. The Satel alarm control panel was also integrated.

The customer entrusted us completely with the security management of their home, and thanks to our professionalism and the products installed, we earned the customer’s complete trust.
