Guaranteed Operational Continuity
The Aylook advance replacement service is designed to minimize system downtime in the event of a failure of the installed system. When necessary, a replacement Aylook system (excluding hard drives) is shipped promptly, allowing the system to remain operational without prolonged interruptions. To optimize response times, whenever possible, the replacement Aylook unit will already be configured with the system database, ensuring immediate restoration.
Repairs of the faulty system at our facilities never take more than 2 business days, while the replacement device must be returned in excellent condition and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are borne by the customer, and the service is subject to a weekly fee: if the device is not returned within 7 days, an additional fee will be charged for each further 7-day period.

Note: The advance replacement service is included free of charge with the extended warranty for up to 5 years, providing added value and maximum peace of mind for uninterrupted system operation.

The Aylook advance replacement service offers two options designed to accommodate systems of different sizes. Both options provide the same speed and reliability, ensuring seamless management and uninterrupted system operation.
For Systems with 1 to 16 Cameras
Ideal for residential or small- to medium-sized business environments, it provides a fast and efficient solution to minimize system downtime.
For Systems with 24 to 50 Cameras
Designed for large installations, such as structured businesses or industrial complexes, this option provides reliable support even for more complex systems.
