Aylook offers a 24-month warranty on all its products, providing coverage for any component defects. This service is designed to ensure maximum system reliability, provided that the devices are installed within 6 months of delivery and show no signs of tampering or damage caused by external events or improper use. The warranty includes telephone Help Desk and remote diagnostics, available Monday to Friday and free of charge for the first 30 days following delivery, as well as immediate repair at the Aylook laboratory, with spare parts provided free of charge during the warranty period. The standard warranty provides essential protection for your systems, with direct technical support from the manufacturer and the assurance of fast and professional assistance.
All Aylook models include a standard 24-month warranty, but for those who want extended protection, coverage can be extended by an additional 36 months, for a maximum total of 5 years. The extended warranty must be purchased at the time of purchase and covers all system components, excluding hard drives. An exclusive benefit of the extended warranty is the advance replacement service, which provides for the shipment of a replacement device within 2 business days of the reported issue, subject to verification of the problem by Aylook technicians. This service ensures system continuity, providing greater peace of mind and security for installers and end customers.
