To ensure optimal calibration and precise commissioning of video surveillance systems, Aylook offers a dedicated on-site testing service for installers. This service provides the expertise and experience of our technical team, ensuring that the system is configured to perform at its full potential.
The testing service includes system calibration and verification of the Advanced Video Analytics or IDL PRO features, taking into account environmental factors such as lighting, weather conditions, and activity in the monitored area. It is important to note that the service focuses exclusively on system configuration and calibration and does not include physical installation or the connection of equipment (cameras, control panels, switches, cabling, etc.).
With direct support from Aylook technicians, installers can provide their end customers with a precisely calibrated system, reducing false alarms and optimizing the effectiveness of the security system.
For the on-site testing service, Aylook provides qualified technicians at an hourly rate, ensuring maximum flexibility and expertise. Travel expenses are not included in the hourly rate and will be calculated based on the distance and the specific requirements of the intervention. This option allows installers to benefit from tailored technical support, optimizing system configuration directly on site.
